WHAT CONDITION ARE THE ITEMS IN?
For our First Tracks subscription, you’ll only receive new, never worn items. For the eco-conscious Carousel subscription, we take extraordinary care to clean and inspect all of our items so they arrive in like-new condition.
HOW WILL I BE BILLED?
We charge with an auto-renewed monthly subscription fee. Your subscription automatically renews and you will be billed every 30 days at the rate then in effect to your payment method on file. You can cancel anytime prior to the next billing cycle by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR SOMETHING NEW?
When you're ready, return your items in the provided pre-paid envelope and take it to a UPS drop box or schedule a pickup. Package each accessory in the protective bag or jewelry box in which you received it; clothes can be returned without the plastic coverings or hangers. As soon as we receive your return, you will be prompted to select new items.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Select your child’s size and the season-themed box you’d like. You'll receive 2 garments that you can keep as long as you want and exchange anytime. When your little one outgrows them, return them with the included pre-paid mailer. You can cancel your auto-renewal anytime.
WHICH TYPES OF ITEMS CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE?
Our subscription service grants you access to our entire inventory of technical outerwear. Season-themed boxes include layers appropriate for the expected weather. For example, our summer themed box will include a lightweight breathable UPF 50 sunsuit for the day, and a Polartec fleece TrailHopper for cool summer nights around the campfire. Winter-themed boxes include our Primaloft insulated Caribou, a merino wool baselayer or a Polartec fleece TrailHopper.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE OR DAMAGE AN ITEM?
Your monthly fee includes insurance for mishaps and general wear and tear. Don’t worry, we know kids are using these. That’s why we take extraordinary care on our end to remove stains, soil, and any contaminants. Significant damage, lost items and theft are not covered. In those cases, you’ll be charged 70% of the retail price of the items.
